Services may be delivered online or in person, depending on the program and your location.

Consultations can be booked through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only once you receive confirmation from our team. We recommend booking in advance, as appointment slots are limited and subject to availability.

Online consultations are conducted via video or voice call at the scheduled time. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a quiet, private environment for your session. If a technical issue prevents a session from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
